Our main transmitter located on the gasline road about 10 miles Southeast of Barrow is operating again after a short outage due to some tower equipment issues. The problem is with the towers’ grounding system. This has been an on-going problem which will be given a more permanent fix in the very near future, with the installation of newer technology. Until then, KBRW has been relying on the efforts of Board President Tom Saxton, and Operations Manager Kai Saxton, who have both suffered through dangerous and miserable conditions to get to the site to make temporary repairs and get your station back on the air.
